Three Phased Approach!

As specialists serving a narrow niche-market of clients and
technologies in HealthCare, we can marshal the necessary resources
to locate high-achieving individuals, and attract them to you. We
perform these services in Three Phases:
Phase One: Research and Recruiting
In order to maximize our efforts, and find you the most
suitable candidate, we’ll discuss in detail your specific needs, and
design a profile of your perfect candidate. To clarify who you’re
seeking, we’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire designed to
prioritize candidate characteristics, and identify companies,
industries or markets from which a candidate with unique talents to
fit your precise needs might be located.
During the recruiting process, we’ll make progress reports and
background presentations when qualified candidates surface. We’ll
facilitate interviewing, check references when appropriate, give our
input in terms of candidate interest level and suitability, and make
recommendations with respect to compensation and relocation issues.
In most cases, the first round of referrals and interviews will take
approximately three to six weeks.
Phase Two: Negotiating an Acceptable
Offer
Once mutual interest has been established, we’ll work hard to ensure
longstanding value-added to both parties. What are the
candidate’s needs, in terms of compensation, perks and relocation
assistance and lifestyle? Are there any loose ends that must be
addressed? Is the candidate serious, or merely juggling a variety of
offers or suggestions as a gambit to make improvements with the
current employer?
As difficult as it is to find the right person, your efforts are
wasted if the candidate turns you down or takes another offer. It’s
our expertise, our reputation, and our livelyhood to help broker the
deal, to ensure that who you want is who you get.
Phase Three: Facilitating a Smooth
Transition
Once your offer of employment has been accepted, we’ll help
to facilitate the candidate resign from his or her current position,
prepare them to decline a counteroffer attempt, and remain available
to assist during this often times precarious transition to a new
position.
We only refer those candidates sincerely interested in exploring the
opportunity to become a valuable asset to your team. We won’t waste
your time by presenting reluctant or unethical candidates who might
use your offer as a ruse or negotiating tool to leverage an existing
position. We work hard to identify and screen this type of
candidate.
