This letter confirms our
mutual agreement concerning candidate placement fees and employment
guarantees as discussed on [Date].
If the candidate accepts
employment with your company or any of its affiliates as a direct or
indirect result of our referral, a placement fee of thirty-three
percent (33%) of the candidate’s first year compensation will be
charged. Our invoice will be sent upon the candidate’s acceptance of
your company’s employment offer, and will be payable within 30 days of
his start.
If the placed candidate
terminates or is terminated from his or her position for any reason
other than lack of work within thirty (30) days of his or her date of
start, [Your Recruiting Company] will find a suitable replacement
within a reasonable period of time following the termination.
Your acceptance of
candidate referrals from [Your Recruiting Company] shall be conclusive
evidence of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
